The mission
Graham Technologies has an opening for a CI Analyst for our client in Springfield, VA.  We are looking for a candidate that can use a variety of classified and unclassified databases, software applications, and other intelligence research tools to identify, assimilate, examine, interpret, and evaluate all-source information/intelligence to determine the nature, function, interrelationships, personalities, capabilities, and intent regarding the intelligence capabilities of foreign powers, international terrorists and other entities and activities of CI interest.

The challenge
  • Apply basic understanding of the various forms of intelligence in order to incorporate this data into intelligence analysis, including HUMINT, SIGINT, Cyber operations, IMINT, and MASINT.
  • Perform strategic CI analysis (vice tactical and operational)
  • Possess understanding and knowledge of Foreign Intelligence Services/Entities threat (counterintelligence)
  • Research, review, edit, plan, prepare, integrate, analyse  All-Source/CI products for the customer
  • Evaluate and put general information into a written analytical product understandable by non-technical readers.

What we're looking for
 
To land this position you must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with working knowledge of the below skills: 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CI analysis or other CI experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of equivalant work experience 
  • Graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA), Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA), DoD, other US Federal Government, Intelligence Community, State, or local intelligence analysis formal training courses or programs.
  • Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting operations relating to insider threat, counterintelligence investigations, and counterespionage.
  • Experience publishing finished analysis products.
  • Knowledge of DoD/Intelligence/law enforcement communities
