 The Mission
Graham Technologies is hiring a Information Assurance/Cyber Security SME at Ft. Belvoir, VA.  The purpose of this project is to obtain Project Level Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity Services for the Department of Defense (DOD). Provide solutions to design, engineer, acquire, deploy, and sustain Enterprise biometric solutions in multiple operating environments to enable identity dominance on the battlefield and across DOD.
The challenge
  • Prepare and maintain all Information Assurance Certification & Accreditation (C&A) artifacts and documentation in accordance with DoD and Army Instructions, Directives, Policies, and Regulations
  • Execute the Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) process to ensure dissemination, reporting and compliance
  • Provide engineering and technical assistance to support vulnerability scans, penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, scan analysis and security analysis on products and network components
  • Familiar with and able to run and interpret the information from required scanning tools (e.g. Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), as well as commercial products Fortify and CAST) that will be provided for use.
  • Execute all other IA/CS monitoring and reporting to ensure compliance to include the development and maintenance of POA&Ms.
  • Track and report on all mandated IA/CS training and certification requirements compliance
  • Ensure all IA/CS personnel meet and maintain all required training and certifications 
 
What we're looking for
To land this position you must have an Active Secret Clearance and some working knowledge of the below skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree desired.
  • 5+ years of related project experience 
  • Candidate must have at least one of the following certifications; CISM, CISSP or GSLC 
  • Knowledge and working experience with the following tools or similar tools:
    • Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
    • Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
    • Host Based Security System (HBSS)
    • Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
