Graham Technologies has an opening for a Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collector-Exploiter Specialist in St. Louis, MO.  We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate expertise in advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases

The challenge
  • Understands customers  OSINT intelligence needs through a thorough understanding of all submitted intelligence support documents (e.g., stated PIRs & EEIs, background and justification statements, and any supporting materials) as well as by participating directly with requestors in working groups or development of operational plans and/or collection strategies.
  • Reviews, validates, & prioritizes OSINT collection requirements from a range of customers including support of time sensitive situations, and/or high priority, complex, and limited access targets or events.
  • Develops OSINT collection strategies that select the proper organization, echelon, or unit to request tasking from, synchronizes the strategy with supported operations, and submits the requirements for tasking to the appropriate organization.
  • Provides oversight of teams who do the above. Lead efforts to integrate DOD collection strategies into broader IC initiatives.
  • Discover sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign government open source materials within established security protocols.
  • Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
What we're looking for
To land this position you must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with working knowledge of the below skills: 
  • Bachelor or master's degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
  • Work independently with minimal Government oversight.
  • Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
