The Mission
Graham Technologies is hiring a Service Desk Lead at our customer site in Natick, Mass.   We are looking for a candidate to manage a team of contractors providing core information technology services.   
The challenge
  • Ensure the Service Desk is staffed sufficiently to handle workload with respect to time-off requests 
  • Provide senior technical oversight and coordination of efforts within the Service Desk and monitor all tickets assigned to contract personnel and intervene with corrective action.
  • Perform functions of a senior level Service Desk Technician
What we're looking for
To land this position you must have an Active Secret Clearance and some working knowledge of the below skills
  • 5 years of professional experience within a help desk role
  • 2 years managing a help desk team
  • A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Network+ CE Certification required 
  • Windows Certification
