Graham Technologies (GTECH) is looking for a CAD Engineer in Kaneohe Bay, HI, to join our fast-growing team of over 70+ members.

We are looking for an CAD Engineer to manage and develop Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings, as-built, utility maintenance drawings, and maps. Provide own computer with the latest versions of AutoDesk and AutoCAD Civil 3D and Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) and ArcGIS software. Develop and review Charrette; FACD; RFP development for MILCON and FSRM projects; Review all design phases for final signature; Coordinate Construction with affected MCB Hawaii parties as well as the NAVFACHI FEAD and the Base maintenance shops. Coordinate, validate, and distribute all design plans and specs and project turn over documents to our maintenance division, including but not limited to: As-built/Pre Construction/Construction/Shop Drawings, OMSI documents, Commissioning reports, Utility one-line drawings, Beneficial Occupancy documents, Final inspection deficiency resolution, and Beneficial Occupancy sign-offs. Review and recommend Collateral Equipment Requirements. Manage critical initiatives, objectives, and all aspects of operations management associated with FSRM and MILCON scope project requirements. Identify new or changed planning standards, UFCs, U.S. laws, Executive Orders, and DOD regulations; propose changes to current Program and Initiative planning to incorporate these revisions. Review proposed changes and provide alternatives for compatibility with existing schedules, planning studies and zoning criteria. Assist and support MCBH Facilities Department with researching and apply UFCs, technical criteria and other requirements for the development of projects and planning documents. Identify discrepancies and/or inadequacies relative to U.S. standards and requirements, and inform the MCBH Facilities Department for resolution(s). Provide Conference and Meeting Reports (electronic) in sufficient detail to identify dates, locations, points of contact, attendees, directions received, and areas of concern and salient items of interest identified at the meeting. All minutes shall be submitted to the COR within three (3) working days of completing the training event, conference or meeting.
